Privacy Policy

The Short Version

This site takes no orders, processes no payments and asks nobody to create an account. There is no login, no checkout and no basket. The only personal information it can receive is whatever you type into an email.

What Is Collected

What you send

If you write to help@glyycoaid.com, we hold your address and your message for as long as it takes to answer plus a reasonable period in case the conversation continues. It is not added to any list and it is not sold or passed to anybody for marketing.

Ordinary server logs

The hosting provider records standard web server entries: page requested, time, a truncated address, browser string, referring page. They exist for security and for fixing things that break, and they are not used to build a profile of you.

Analytics

Where a privacy-respecting analytics tool is in use it records page views in aggregate. It does not follow you to other websites and it does not try to identify you as an individual.

What Is Not Collected

• No payment details. Card numbers go into the official checkout and never touch this domain.
• No health information. This site asks nothing about your health and provides nowhere to type it.
• No accounts, no passwords, no stored addresses.
• Nothing to sign up to, since no newsletter exists.

Affiliate Links

Order buttons hand you over to the official checkout on a different domain. Those links may carry a tracking parameter identifying this site as the referrer so a commission can be attributed. The parameter identifies the site, not you. Once you arrive there, that site's own privacy policy governs what happens next, and it is worth reading because it is the party actually taking your details.

Cookies

No advertising cookies are set here and no remarketing pixel runs. Any cookie present is either a functional one from the hosting platform or an aggregate analytics cookie as described above. Block cookies entirely and every page here still works.

Third Parties

Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to their servers when a page loads. Everything else — the stylesheet, the script, the images — is served from this domain. No framework, ad network or tag manager is loaded from anywhere.

Your Rights

Write to help@glyycoaid.com and ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Since the realistic answer is "an email you sent us", this is usually a short exchange. Depending on where you live you may have further statutory rights, and asking is how you exercise them.

Children

Neither this site nor the product it covers is meant for under-18s.

Changes

Any change to this policy moves the date at the top of the page.
